This is outstandingly ludicrous news..!! As if St Albans doesn't have enough Restaurant/Coffee Shop/Cafes. Whatever happened to supporting local businesses? Placing yet another one of the 'big boys' in the city centre will have a catastrophic effect on the local, hardworking independents. I am truly flabbergasted. − dazstar69
