A St Albans father is preparing to cycle from London to Paris to raise cash for the charity his wife set up after suffering with postnatal depression.

The whole Police Station is in disrepair, the windows & signs are a disgrace. They have already squeezed citizens advice into the council offices. Are we going to have to queue up together with those waiting for council housing to see a Policeman? With so many empty office blocks around the city this makes no sense. − fight rates
