Visitors to Verulamium Museum were treated to a historical talk from Queen Boudicca herself.
The queen of the Iceni tribe, who led an uprising against the occupying Roman forces, read stories to children in the St Michael’s Street museum.
The event took place on Saturday and was free of charge.
