Police are appealing for witnesses after three teenage girls saw a man exposing himself near a St Albans park yesterday.
The indecent exposure took place at around 3.30pm in Jersey Lane, near the entrance to Jersey Farm Woodland Park. Three teenage girls were walking along the path when they saw a man who was exposing himself.
The man ran away after being challenged by a member of the public. He is described as a white man, aged between 40 and 50 and of a slim build. He was wearing a black hooded top and black cargo trousers.
He did not say anything to the girls and did not attempt to touch or approach them.
