Philippa Lucy Babayode, 18, of St Anne’s Road, London Colney. On April 9, 2014, drove in Waverley Road, St Albans, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath was 68 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Fine, costs: £215. Banned from driving for 17 months, to be reduced by 17 weeks if approved course undertaken.
Alan Peter Connell, 57, of Norris Close, London Colney. Application to reopen a case following conviction for an offence of false representation (x2). Case reopened and previous sentence set aside. On September 28, 2009, dishonestly did not disclose that was working, in order to obtain housing and Council Tax benefits. Also, on November 23, 2011, dishonestly failed to disclose all income, in order to obtain housing and Council Tax benefits. Community order made with unpaid work requirement. Costs: £125.

Kieran James Wylde, 19, of Alexander Road, London Colney. On January 15, 2014, assaulted a police officer by beating him. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £150.
