Those from the St Albans and Harpenden area dealt with by magistrates on Friday, June 20.
Daniel Kirk, 29, of Normandy Road, St Albans. On January 1, 2014, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against them. Discharged conditionally for six months. Costs: £100.
