Those from the St Albans and Harpenden area dealt with by magistrates on Thursday, July 10.

Ritchy Mark Folds, 29, of Saxon Road, Wheathampstead. On June 21 and 22, 2014, damaged a back door panel and several electrical items belonging to another. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £600.

Karen Anne Dunne, 35, of Langley Grove, Sandridge. On December 29, 2013, stole alcohol from How Wood Co-op. Also, on February 4, 2014, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months. Order includes activity and supervision requirements. Compensation, costs: £191.

Susan Victoria Easter, 57, of Holcroft Road, Batford, Harpenden. Between July 25, 2011, and March 3, 2013, dishonestly failed to promptly notify local authority of a change of circumstances which affected entitlement to housing and Council  Tax benefits, namely full and accurate details of savings; also, between July 20, 2011, and March 14, 2013, dishonestly failed to promptly notify DWP of same change of circumstances which affected entitlement to income support. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months. Costs: £165.

Anthony Barber, 33, of Parkway Court, Drakes Drive, St Albans. On January 3, 2014, drove in St Vincent Drive, St Albans, while not wearing an adult seat belt. Fine, costs: £80.

Peter James Bell, 48, of Maple Avenue, St Albans. Application to reopen a case following conviction for failing to reveal identity of driver, and driving without valid licence. Offences set aside. On October 10, 2013, drove on M25 at speed in exc-ess of temporary 50mph limit. Fine, costs: £100. Three penalty points.

Daniel Blight, 26, of Cowper Road, Harpenden. Application to reopen a case following conviction for driving without due care and attention. Resentenced: Fine, costs: £475.

Adam Thomas Brown, 23, of Corinium Gate, St Albans. On December 28, 2013, drove in Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, at a speed in excess of the 30mph limit. Also, between January 28, 2014, and February 25, 2014, failed to give information relating to the identity of driver believed to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £305. Nine penalty points.

Dion Colin Brown, 41, of St Martin Close, Harpenden. On December 31, 2013, drove in Park Street, St Albans, at 37mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £205. Three penalty points.

Teena Ferguson, 44, of Meadow Walk, Harpenden. On December 31, 2013, drove in Broadwater Road, WGC, at 38mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £270. Three penalty points.

Jamie Keith Nailard, 48, of Roestock Lane, Colney Heath. On January 5, 2014, drove on M25, at 58mph, in excess of the temporary 50mph limit. Fine, costs: £305. Three penalty points.

Lee Crawford Scott, 46, of Churchfield, Harpenden. On January 2, 2014, drove in Marford Road, Lemsford, while using a hand-held telephone. Fine, costs: £165. Three penalty points.

Suzie Shakespeare, 43, of Green Lane, St Albans. On December 5, 2013, drove in Hemel Hempstead Road, Hemel Hempstead, at 50mph, the legal limit being 40mph. Fine, costs: £100. Three penalty points.

Milton Bailey, 44, of Sibley Avenue, Harpenden. On December 23, 2013, drove in Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, at 38mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £240. Three penalty points.

Marc Alexander Ganellin, 33, of Trumpington Drive, St Albans. On January 12, 2014, drove in St Albans Road, Hemel Hempstead, at 48mph, the legal limit being 40mph. Fine, costs: £142. Three penalty points.

William Kah San Ong, 27, of Antonine Gate, St Albans. On December 17, 2013, drove in Verulam Road, without due care and attention. Fine, costs: £305. Five penalty points.
