Man charged with fly-tipping in Redbourn
A 31-year-old man has been charged with fly-tipping after bathroom debris was found dumped in Redbourn.
Bobby Cousins, who lives in Potters Bar, was charged after the debris was found dumped in Punch Bowl Lane on June 2.
He was bailed until September 12 when he is due to appear before Central Herts Magistrates.
