Friday, September 9
Ross Graham Knight, 18, of Ken Davies Close, St Albans. On August 12, 2016, damaged a TV. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £385.
Gary Kenneth Neil Jakeman, 27, of New Kent Road, St Albans. On June 17, 2016, committed fraud by false representation. Fine, compensation, costs: £372.94.
Monday, September 12
Erol Taskiran, 53, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans. On May 24, 2016, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Fine, costs: £195.
Laura Jayne Dutton, 33, of Black Boy Wood, Bricket Wood, St Albans. On July 15, 2016, assaulted a police constable in the execution of his/her duty. Two counts. On same date, assaulted a person; used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour; assaulted a person by beating and the offence was racially aggravated. Community order made. Fine, compensation, costs: £495.
James Ernest Wright, 41, of Caesars Road, Wheathampstead, St Albans. On September 9, 2016, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 79 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. Fine, costs: £245.
Stefano Bazzinotti, 42, of Park Street Lane, Park Street, St Albans. On February 18, 2016, used a vehicle which did not have a valid test certificate. On same date, used a vehicle when he was in such a position that he could not have proper control of the vehicle. Fine, costs: £547. Three penalty points.
Tuesday, September 13
Martin Thomas Maloney, 23, of Laxton Gardens, Shenley, Radlett. On February 19, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £569. Four penalty points.
Connor O’Reilly, 21, of Buckwood Road, Markyate, St Albans. On February 20, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 40mph. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.
Wednesday, September 14
Tiger Bailey, 20, of Sandridge Road, St Albans. On April 14, 2016, entered a train without a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £311.60.
Megan Eaglesfield, 24, of Radlett Road, Frogmore, St Albans. On July 5, 2016, failed to hand over her train ticket for inspection when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £379.
Evadan Karkunas, 32, of Howard Close, St Albans. On July 14, 2016, entered a train without a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £426.60.
Justin Sycamore, 37, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans. On July 18, 2016, entered a train without a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £378.30.
