This is a disgrace! The council are saying our car parks are on average a 50% empty! No wonder over 60 shops have shut locally in the last year. It is strange that a company would invest in what looks to me like an expensive shop refit & then close within a few months. Especially as they are expanding the company & opening new stores nationally. It must be that the landlord is asking too much rent, together with the highest business rates in the world that have gone up for the last 22 years in a row.
