Hertfordshire duo Carla Watson and Shelley La Mancusa are launching their first book next week.

Getting Out Of A Rut offers insight into their lives, the struggles that led them to hit rock bottom and what helped them make the necessary changes to their lifestyles.

The book discusses how juggling life, work and motherhood can all lead to the challenges that everyone faces on a day-to-day basis, whilst demonstrating that no matter what life throws at people, there is always a way out.

The book hopes to be a guide for anyone who is going through tough times, aimed at those who are looking to find their self-motivation and overcome difficult life situations.

Carla and Shelley we both part of a St Albans based initiative called Get Out of a Rut, which initially helped them get back on their feet and led them to write this book. The Get Out of a Rut programme is formed of a 12-week fitness and wellness package in the St Albans area, supported by businesses throughout the city.
