Acclaimed stand-up and writer Holly Walsh is coming to St Albans to perform at The Horn.

You may recognise her from appearances on 8 Out of 10 Cats, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Mock The Week, or as host of Channel 4 series TNT alongside Jack Whitehall but on stage is where it all started for the 34-year-old from Guildford.

Her stand-up credentials were established with her 2008 Best Newcomer win at the Chortle Awards and confirmed with an Edinburgh Comedy Award nomination three years later for her debut Fringe show, Hollycopter, which enjoyed a sell-out run at the Soho Theatre in 2012.

The founder of comedy film night Popcorn Comedy had another successful run at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2014 with her sold-out show Never Had It and is now working on scripts for both the BBC and Channel 4 and will host her own BBC Radio series Unwritten Rules, commissioned for this year.
