Dreaming maidens and soaring music by Tchaikovsky, the Vienna Festival Ballet concludes its 30th anniversary year with a spectacular production of that favourite fairy tale, Sleeping Beauty.
Due to an oversight with the Christening invitations, an evil witch curses the king and queen’s lovely daughter Princess Aurora. On her 16th birthday, she promptly falls fast asleep and only her true love can wake her.
Under Peter Mallek’s expert eye, the dynamic cast of international performers bring this enchanting tale to life.
Peter and his team work with up and coming choreographers to create a truly unique and accessible experience for audiences for all ages.
The show comes to Watersmeet Rickmansworth on Saturday, November 27, at 2.30pm and 7.30pm.
