Magical adventures are in store at Watford Palace Theatre with two family film screenings.

The fun begins with The Adventures of Tintin, Steven Speilberg’s animated version of the classic comic, which sees Tintin off on a voyage to find sunken treasure.

Screenings: December 16, 2.30pm and December 18, 11.30am and 7.30pm.

For a truly festive experience, gather round for The Nutcracker, featuring a live performance by Russia’s Bolshoi Ballet.

Screening: December 18 at 3pm.
