Firefighters tackle bin blaze

Firefighters were called to St Albans in the early hours of this morning after a dustbin caught fire.

A crew rushed to Batchwood Drive at about 2am.

The residents were asleep and were unaware that their bin was ablaze.

Firefighters remained at the scene for about 15 minutes.
