Scouts' fireworks night raises £1,500
A group of Scouts in Harpenden has finished counting the cash they raised at a fireworks display.
The 9th Harpenden Scout Group collected £1,500 at their fundraiser on Saturday, November 10.
More than 400 people attended the event, which was held on Kinsbourne Green Common.
Guests had the chance to toast marshmallows on a bonfire that was lit during the evening.
The money raised will go towards rebuilding the group’s rundown Scout hut.
