Traditional Hungarian foods including fish soup and cakes were served up at an unusual Christmas Fair this weekend.
The Hungarian School of St Albans, which is based at Mandeville Primary School, hosted a Christmas fair on Saturday.
The school holds weekend classes for children and parents who want to learn the Hungarian language and heritage.
An auction of toys and clothes donated to the school by its pupils also took place during the fair to raise funds for the organisation.
