Firefighters called to blaze in St Albans home

Firefighters were called to a house in St Albans this morning after a blaze broke out.
St Albans’ Red Watch rushed to St John’s Court in Beaumont Avenue just before 8.30am.
The blaze, which was out when the firefighters arrived at the scene, is believed to have started accidently.
The crew remained at the property until about 8.45am.
