Craig Anthony Day, 26, of Howard Close, St Albans. Failed to notify probation of change of address. Community order revoked. To be resentenced for original offence of cultivating 17 plants of cannabis, a class B drug. Community order made with unpaid work (150 hours) requirement. Costs: £85.

Sam Smith, 40, of The Paddocks, St Albans. On October 6, 2012, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Fine, costs: £190.

Adam James Allcock, 27, of Temple View, St Albans. On September 1, 2012, assaulted a person by beating him. Community order made with prohibited activity, programme and supervision requirements. Compensation, costs: £165.
