Jordan Usif Khan, 19, of Dellfield, St Albans. On November 12, 2012, failed to attend ETE requirement  of community order made on March 12, 2012; also, similarly, on November 19, 2012. Community order revoked. New community order made with unpaid work (60 hours) requirement. Costs: £85.

Angela Elizabeth Douthwaite, 33, of Centaurus Square, Frogmore. On September 5, 2012, committed fraud by altering prescription to gain medicines. Community order made with activity and supervision requirements. Costs: £85.

The following were convicted in their absence of watching television without a licence (fine plus costs in brackets): Suzanna Hills, 36, of Cottonmill Crescent, St Albans (£310); Nathaniel Richards, 29, of Riverside Road, St Albans (£305).
