Tina Maria Deradour, 49, of Cutmore Drive, Colney Heath. On December 28, 2012, drove in car park outside Spar Shop, Russet Drive, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 108 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Fine, costs: £453. Banned from driving for 26 months, to be reduced by 26 weeks if approved course undertaken.
Paul Massey, 42, of Clarence Road, St Albans. On December 29, 2012, destroyed three vases belonging to another. Discharged conditionally for six months. Compensation, costs: £65.
