Matthew Ryan Callum, 21, of White Horse Lane, London Colney. On December 7, 2012, failed to attend unpaid work placement as required by community order made on November 5, 2012; also, similarly, on December 21, 2012. Fine, costs: £220.

Michael Paul Fairall, 26, of Old School Drive, Wheathampstead. On October 7, 2012, failed to attend unpaid work placement as required by community order made on July 30, 2012; also, similarly with supervision requirement, on December 19, 2012. Fine, costs: £430.
