Lucy Given, 24, of Howard Close, St Albans. On October 21, 2012, en route near Elstree and Borehamwood station, entered a train without having first bought a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £354.80.
The following were convicted of being the person in whose name a vehicle was registered when it did not meet insurance requirements (fine plus costs in brackets): John Charles Moore, 26, of Barley Mow Lane Caravan Site, St Albans (£325); Joseph Robb, 29, of Coursers Road, Colney Heath (£325).
