Arts competition for Harpenden pupils organised by the Harpenden Society

Primary school pupils in Harpenden are being encouraged to bring out their creative talent by taking part in an arts competition.

Pupils have been asked to use their creative side in the form of art, drama, music and photography to illustrate what they like about Harpenden.

So far eleven schools are involved in the competition, organised by the Harpenden Society.

To enter, schools can submit their ideas with hard copies, emails or on a memory stick which will then be judged by a panel.

The closing date for entries is March 2 and the awards ceremony will take place on April 11 at The Harpenden House Hotel.
