Timothy Richard Eamer, 32, of Gorhambury Estate, St Albans. On October 6, 2012, tampered with PID equipment, thus failing to comply with requirements of community order made on September 12, 2012; also, similarly, on October 11, 2012. Resentenced for original offence: on July 21, 2012, failed to provide specimen of breath when required. Fine, costs: £415.
Sean Colin Whelan, 30, of Smallwood Close, St Albans. On October 31, 2012, entered a train without having a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £347.30.
Tomasz Marciniak, 32, of Burnham Road, St Albans. On July 6, 2012, at Willows Lakes, London Colney, fished or took fish in inland water otherwise than in accordance with a licence by means of road and line. Fine, costs: £342.47.
The following were convicted of watching a colour television without a licence (fine plus costs in brackets): Moira Monaghan, 53, of High Street, London Colney (£305); Mariann Suranyi, 27, of Loom Lane, Radlett (£305).
