Hertfordshire County Council cash grant of £800 for The Harpenden and District Indoor Bowling Club

A bowls club in Harpenden will undergo a refurbishment thanks to a grant from the county council.
The Harpenden and District Indoor Bowling Club has been given £800 to buy new furniture for its clubhouse.
The club provides activities for people of all ages including residents with impaired mobility.
The cash has been taken from Hertfordshire County Council’s locality budget.
