Kwok Shing Tang, 29, of Burnside, St Albans. On January 3, 2013, was in possession of a small bag of cannabis, a class B drug; also, on same date, cultivated 12 plants of cannabis. a class B drug. Community order made with curfew requirement. Costs: £145.

Carina Teri Martin, 26, of Ellis House, Charrington Place, St Albans. On July 29, 2012, drove in Broadwater Road, WGC, at 39mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £135. Three penalty points.

Lee Michael Baker, 21, of Phillimore Place, Radlett. On September 1, 2012, drove in North Western Avenue, Watford, in excess of the 40mph limit. Fine, costs: £365. Banned from driving for 56 days.
