Kevin Travis, 36, of Cockle Way, Radlett. On November 8, 2012, at Radlett station, knowingly and wilfully proceeded by train beyond the distance paid for. Fine, compensation, costs: £491.10.
The following were convicted of watching a colour television without a licence (fine plus costs in brackets; those marked * were dealt with in their absence): *Sarah Flanagan, 34, of High Street, London Colney (£305); *Lorna Noyce, 24, of Bowgate, Hillside Road, St Albans (£505); *Joanne Sandvoss, 41, of Hewitt Close, Wheathampstead (£305); *Samantha Whelan, 21, of Abbots Avenue West, St Albans (£305).
