Jaron Leon Grant, 29, of Riverside Road, St Albans. On January 31, 2013, was in possession of six bags of herbal cannabis, a class B drug. Fine, costs: £195.

Brian Sheaf, 56, of Watling Street, Radlett. On January 30, 2013, was in possession of a small amount of cannabis, a class B drug. Fine, costs: £100.

Lee Paul Turner, 28, of Ver Road, St Albans. Between May 1, 2012, and November 26, 2012, at St Albans, having been disqualified under the Animal Welfare Act after conviction, breached that disqualification in respect of a Belgian shepherd cross dog. Ordered that dog be seized and disposed of by RSPCA. Disqualifying order extended to March 2015. Fine, costs: £3,348.54.
