St Albans meat thief caught after CCTV images released

A man has been arrested and charged after meat was stolen from a petrol station in St Albans.

Daniel Taylor, 33, of Oakley Road in Whestone, London, has been arrested and charged with four counts of shoplifting, which included the theft of meat at Sainsburys petrol station in Marshalswick Lane.

He is due before Central West Herts Magistrates Court at 9am on Saturday, May 25.

St Albans North neighbourhood officer, PC John Cooper identified Mr Taylor after issuing CCTV images of him.
