Radlett disruptions: three out of four lines now running between Radlett and St Albans

Rail services running along the Thameslink line will be running with 15 minute delays today following major damage to overhead powerhead cables in Radlett railway station this week.

Trains will be running on three out of four lines between Radlett and St Albans in either direction.

First Capital Connect (FCC) confirmed Network Rail was working over night to fix the problems and there will be 15 minute delays for the rest of the day.

Went to pick up my compensation form from leaflet racks at the station when I got in last night, but there aren't any out. There was one person in the ticket office, so you had to queue to get a compensation form. He had some, so they're available, but not without queueing first. Noticed it was the same this morning. Even in the bad old days of Thameslink, they had people at the gates handing these things out on a bad day. Perhaps one of the many staff that are always swanning around the gates doing very little could have taken it up themselves to address this. What am I saying...
