Career taster sessions at Oaklands College

A host of different taster sessions will be available at Oaklands College next month in a bid to make people think about potential careers.
Animal care, engineering and beauty therapy are just some of the 30 activities that will be on offer on Saturday, March 2.
The Have a Go event, which is open to members of the public, will be held in the college’s new Discovery Centre at the Hatfield Road campus.
Lady Verulam, the Lord Lieutenant of Hertfordshire, will officially open the new building during the day.
The activities will run from 10am until 2pm.
