Mohammed Monar Ali, 34, of Doggetts Way, St Albans. On material dates between June and December 2012, at St Albans, caused a computer to perform a function with intent to secure unauthorised access to a program or data held in a computer. Fine, costs: £810.
Peter Michael Bramwell, 51, of Hatfield Road, St Albans. On December 13, 2012, telephoned and spoke to a person on seven occasions, contrary to non-molestation order made on May 29, 2012. Restraining order made. Fine, costs: £235.
Ashley Alexander, 19, of Arden Grove, Harpenden. On November 14, 2012, en route near St Albans rail station failed to hand over ticket for inspection. Fine, compensation, costs: £343.70.
Louise DeMarco, 30, of Ramsey Lodge Court, St Albans. On November 12, 2012, at St Albans station, left the station without passing through the barrier in the correct manner. Also, on same date, entered a train for purpose of travel without having a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £563.70.
