The 34th St Albans Scout and Guide Gang Show came to a rip-roaring close after playing five sell out shows at the Alban Arena.
More than 110 scouts and guides from across the district put on an action-packed, colourful and interactive show, which seemed to hit the right note with the audience.
It’s the fourth year that 14-year-old Jess has been part of the gang.
She said: “This year we didn’t know what to expect as we had a new producer, Hermione Clulow.
“But the show was even better than before in loads of ways. It was really fun. All the cast tried to give it their all – dancing, singing and acting the best they could be.
“The audience really seemed to enjoy it. The music was good as different age groups could relate to different songs – we had everything from a song about Cliff Richard to something from Les Mis to Take That.
“Now I’m looking forward to the Gang Show party and weekend camping. I can’t wait to see everyone again.”
