The Wick Nature Reserve to benefit from council grant

New wildlife walks will be set up in a bid to get residents outside and enjoying nature.

The county council has given a grant of £500 to Friends of The Wick, which supports The Wick Nature Reserve, to pay for a new guide.

Bat and moth walks are expected to be set up thanks to the new funding.

The cash has been taken from Hertfordshire County Council’s locality budget.
