Firefighters attend Harpenden hedge fire in Grove Road

Firefighters were called to Harpenden last night after a blaze started in a hedge near a school.
A crew from the retained station at Wheathampstead were called to Grove Road at about 7.45pm.
The fire started in a hedge row on a public footpath that runs alongside Grove Junior School.
The crew remained at the scene until 8pm.
