World Book Day: Children at Beech Hyde Primary School dress up as favourite literary characters

Pupils at High Beech Primary School in Nurseries Road dressed up as their favourite character to celebrate World Book Day.
It was unusually easy to spot Wally at a Wheathampstead primary school today.
Pupils at Beech Hyde Primary in Nurseries Road dressed up as their favourite character today to celebrate World Book Day.
Children dressed up as stars from a variety of classics including Where’s Wally, Harry Potter and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Headteacher Hazel Millard said: "It’s not very often that we get a chance to dress up.
"It is fantastic to see the children being creative and enthusiastic.
"Everybody got involved.
"It has been really good and a big success."
