Thomas Elliot Golbourn, 20, of Telford Road, London Colney. On or between June 7, 2012, and December 18, 2012, stole four bank cards and three store cards. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs: £85.  

Mazidur Muhit, 18, of North Cottages, London Colney. On January 1, 2013, assaulted a person by beating him; also, on same date, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Offence committed while subject to conditional discharge for criminal damage. Resentenced for that offence. Community order made with curfew and unpaid work requirements. Compensation, costs: £195.

Kenneth Edward Dury, 48, of Pine Grove, Bricket Wood. On August 25, 2012, drove in Eastbury Road, Watford, at 36mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £300. Three penalty points.

Scott David Pointer, 22, of How Wood, Park Street. On September 6, 2012, drove on M1 at 92 to 93mph, the legal limit being 70mph. Fine, costs: £365. Four penalty points.
