Mark Turner, 33, of New Kent Road, St Albans. On November 7, 2012, travelled on railway without having previously bought ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £124.70. Also, on same date, left the station without passing through the barrier in the correct manner. Fine: £35.

Neil Finnigan, 21, of Woodlands, Park Street. On August 31, 2012, fished or took fish at Stanborough Lakes, WGC, other than with a licence by means of rod and line. Fine, costs: £180.
