Andres Egea Rabadan, 38, of The Quadrant, St Albans. On December 7, 2012, failed to provide a specimen of blood for analysis when required to do so. Community order made with unpaid work requirement. Costs: £185. Banned from driving for 20 months, to be reduced by 20 weeks if approved course undertaken.
Martin John Sainty, 47, of Bricket Road, St Albans. On February 15, 2013, assaulted a person by beating him. Community order made with alcohol treatment, programme and supervision requirements. Compensation, costs: £125.
Michael Aaron Palmer, 21, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans. On January 27, 2013, damaged a fire door and section of wall belonging to another. Community order made with activity, supervision and unpaid work requirements. Costs: £145.
