The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Fine, costs: £393. Banned from driving for 17 months, to be reduced by 17 weeks if approved course undertaken.
Marc Conn, 39, of Kingsley Green Hospital, Harper Lane, Radlett. On September 15, 2012, assaulted a person by beating him. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.
