Community order made with programme, supervision and unpaid work requirements. Compensation, costs: £645.
Oliver James Rowling, 18, of Annables Lane, Harpenden. On September 27, 2012, drove in St Peters Street, St Albans, without due care and attention. Fine, costs: £330. Banned from driving for two months.
