Harpenden Common Golf Club opened the doors to its brand new clubhouse on Saturday.
Former Ryder Cup player, broadcaster and Honorary Life Member, Ken Brown, cut the ribbon with the help of the both Harpenden and St Albans Mayor's in front of hundreds of members and guests.
This was followed with welcome speeches by the club President, Maurice Kennard, David Greaves the Club Captain and Ken Brown.
Mr Brown has been a member since 1969 and praised the new clubhouse and its condition.
