A former British Lions player returned to his Markyate school to talk to current students about his rugby career.
Martin Bayfield, who was a pupil at Beechwood Park School from 1975, returned to the site to give a speech.
Mr Bayfield, who represented the British Lions in New Zealand and won 31 England caps during his career, first played rugby at the school.
During his visit he spoke with pupils, parents and grandparents about his time at Beechwood during the event, which was organised as part of the school’s Speech Day.
