A group of budding actors and actresses have created their own historical soap based on the War of the Roses.
Over six weeks a team of volunteers have written, rehearsed and filmed the ten-minute episode.
The piece, which is called Blood, Lust and Roses, focuses on the first and second battles of St Albans.
The project is funded by UK Galleries and inspired by the Sarah Barker exhibition which has recently been in the Museum of St Albans.
Councillor Mike Wakely, portfolio holder for sports, leisure and heritage at the district council, said: "This is a wonderfully creative project that brings to life a key period of history using the modern day concept of the soap opera.
"Come along to the screening and find out about the role that St Albans played in the Wars of the Roses."
The episode will be shown at the Museum of St Albans on Sunday, July 14 at 2.30pm.
