Parents and children took advantage of the sunny weather on Saturday as they flocked to Lydekker Park for Harpenden's Annual Teddy Bears Picnic.
Armed with their favourite cuddly toys, youngsters gathered to join in on the fun and entertainment including face painting and a bouncy castle, which was also attended by the town's mayor, Rosemary Farmer.
Families also took down their picnics to the park in Arcadian Court which was former home to the Lydekker family - one of the town's oldest families.
