Hundreds attend London Colney community music festival
A music festival aimed at bringing the community together in London Colney was a great success.
On Sunday, the community centre opened its doors to host a music festival with local talent offering dance and music displays, which attracted around 300 people.
Displays include, Zumba, Irish dance, flute and fiddle and children’s dance troop Excel.
Tom Bagges, community development manager, said it was a day to bring to show off local talent and bring the community in London Colney together.
He said: "We aimed to bring the community together and the festival did just that. I was really pleased.
"We had around 300 plus come through, with people ranging from in their 80s to kids - it was great.
"Everyone enjoyed a dance and a sing along."
