Terry Allen Jakeman, 33, of Riverside Road, St Albans. On July 10, 2013, drove in London Road, St Albans, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 79 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. Fine, costs: £215. Banned from driving for 44 months, to be reduced by 44 weeks if approved course undertaken.
Phil Amadu, of Lemsford Road, St Albans. On March 31, 2013, entered a train for travelling without having a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £350.40.
Lee Roland Osei, 33, of Thirlestane, Lemsford Road, St Albans. On March 20, 2013, en route near St Albans, travelled on a railway without having previously paid fare. Fine, compensation, costs: £676.50.
James Kirk, of Portland Street, St Albans. On January 31, 2013, kept on a public road a vehicle which was unlicensed. Fine, back duty, costs: £563.34.
