An appeal has been launched by Relic Homes against Hertsmere Borough Council’s decision to reject the demolition of an existing chalet bungalow to build a five-bedroom home with underground parking at 21 Newberries Avenue in Radlett.
The application was turned down because its proposed size was deemed too big and would not be in keeping with the character of the surrounding area.
The appeal will be determined by the written recommendations procedure.
