Iulian Botezatu, 31, of Catham Close, St Albans. On August 16, 2013, committed fraud in that dishonestly altered date of expiry on vehicle excise licence. Fine, costs: £343.
Daniel Edward James Thomas, 20, of Sleapshyde Lane, Smallford. On September 7, 2013, was in possession of a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug. Fine, costs: £255.
Rafique Johnson, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans. On July 16, 2013, en route near Harpenden station, failed to hand over ticket for inspection and verification. Fine, compensation, costs: £345.50.
