Harpenden Lions Club raised more than £800 for a local charity dedicated to supporting people with mental health disabilities at their annual charity tin shake on Saturday.
For over 30 years members have carried out a "Tin Shake" on a Saturday before Christmas to raise money for worthwhile causes.
This year they have raised £829.82 for Harpenden Community Meeting Point, a charity which provides help for those with mental illness and helps them in their recovery.
